A. Once we receive the order form we will email you back with your final quote and payment options. We accept Credit Cards, Checks, International Money Orders, Cash, Western Union.
Q. What do I get when I buy a CD item ?
A. Each CD item has their own specific color artwork in a CD jewel case. We use top quality color laser printing for nice glossy artwork look. The CD jewel case is also protected by a plastic bag to avoid any scratches.
Q. How long does shipping take before I receive my order?
A. We process and ship all orders within 2 business days after payment is received. Depending on where you live, it can take from 5 to 7 business days for North America and 6 to 8 business days for International destinations. We ship the items in heavy duty boxes, no broken cases during shipping.

A. The Stars represent the overall sound quality of the CD recording




: Perfect sound quality. Comparable to professional soundboard recordings. Best quality.




: Excellent sound quality. Almost as good as a five stars but not as perfect.



: Very good sound quality. Very clear sound with very little interference or crowd noise



: Good sound quality. Just above average. The sound is clear but you can hear some interference or crowd noise.


: Average quality. There is more interference and you can hear crowd noise more often. It is still recommended.


: Fair sound quality. You can hear the crowd clapping and talking a lot. I would recommend it only to people who were at this show or really like the setlist.

Q. What is an Audience sourced CD recording?
A. It is an amateur recording (Fan-produced). Audience CDs are taped by fans in the crowd.
Q. What is a Soundboard sourced CD recording?
A. It is a professional recording (from the mixing desk). Soundboard CDs are mostly the best quality.
Q. What is the return policy ?
A. If you have a problem with your item, please contact us at rockindvd@gmail.com. All items that are defective must be shipped back to us and then a replacement is shipped. The items returned to us must be in original condition with no visible damage or marks. We take great care to ensure that the items play before shipment.
